Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
Kan medarbetare se varandras löner?
Nej. Löneuppgifter syns bara för HR och för dem som har behörighet. En medarbetare ser bara sitt eget lönebesked, ingenting annat.
Kan vi betala i flera länder och valutor?
Ja. I samma lönekörning får varje medarbetare betalt i sin egen valuta, och du får en enda samlad summa, omräknad till din kurs. Valutorna är ingen fast lista, du kan lägga till vilken kod som helst.
Klarar systemet skatte- och arbetsrättsreglerna där vi är verksamma?
Skiktgränser för inkomstskatt, sociala avgifter, pensions- och fondavsättningar och lagstadgad ledighet ställs in per bolag och per räkenskapsår, så att systemet följer era lokala regler. Vi utgår inte från något visst lands inställningar, utan går igenom det tillsammans med er vid uppstarten.
Kan vi föra in de personaluppgifter vi redan har?
Ja. Personalregister, lönestrukturer och närvarohistorik kan importeras från kalkylblad vid uppstarten.
Var lagras våra uppgifter?
På en egen server i Manchester i Storbritannien. Storbritannien omfattas av EU:s beslut om adekvat skyddsnivå, så överföring från EU är laglig. Uppgifterna krypteras med TLS under överföring och säkerhetskopieras varje natt.
Har ni stöd för biometriska närvaroterminaler?
Ja. ZKTeco-terminaler skickar stämplingarna direkt in i Work Mint, så det finns inget steg med manuell export och import.
