Hur Work Mint står sig

• Work Mint vs BambooHR BambooHR is a mature, well-liked HR system built around the US market. If your people are in the United States and you want the safest choice, it is a good one. The question this page answers is what happens when they are not.
• Work Mint vs Rippling Rippling is an unusually ambitious product: HR, device management, app provisioning and spend, in one place. It is genuinely impressive engineering. It is also a great deal of product to buy if what you needed was payroll that understands your country.
• Work Mint vs HiBob HiBob (Bob) is built around the employee experience: culture, engagement, a social feed, people analytics. It is very good at that. Work Mint is built around the payroll month, which is a different job.
• Work Mint vs Paylocity Paylocity is a serious US payroll and HR platform with decades behind it. If your workforce is American, it does things Work Mint does not attempt. If your workforce is not, most of that depth is depth in the wrong country.
• Work Mint vs Paycom Paycom's argument is one database for everything, with employees doing their own payroll entry. It is a coherent model and it works well for large US employers. The gap is the same as the others: it is built for one country.
