Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

看不到。薪資資料只有人資和獲授權的人能看。員工只看得到自己的薪資單，其他什麼都看不到。
我們可以在多個國家、用多種幣別發薪嗎？
可以。同一次薪資作業裡，每位員工按自己的幣別領薪，你則拿到一個依你設定匯率換算的合併總額。幣別不是一份固定清單，任何代碼都能加。
它處理得了我們營運所在地的稅務和法規嗎？
綜合所得稅級距、社會保險、退休金和公積金提繳、法定休假，都可以依每家機構、每個會計年度分別設定，讓系統遵循你當地的規定。我們不會預設某一個國家的做法，而是在初始設定時和你一起把這些定下來。
我們可以匯入現有的員工資料嗎？
可以。員工檔案、薪資結構和出勤歷史都能在初始設定時從試算表匯入。
我們的資料存放在哪裡？
存放在英國曼徹斯特的一台專用伺服器上。英國已取得歐盟的資料適足性認定，因此從歐盟傳輸是合法的。傳輸過程以 TLS 加密，每晚備份。
你們支援生物辨識打卡機嗎？
支援。ZKTeco 設備會把打卡記錄直接送進 Work Mint，中間不需要手動匯出再匯入。
