Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

¿Podemos pagar en varios países y monedas?
Sí. Dentro del mismo proceso de nómina, cada empleado cobra en su moneda y usted obtiene un único total consolidado, convertido al tipo de cambio que fije. Las monedas no son una lista cerrada: puede añadir cualquier código.
¿Contempla las normas fiscales y laborales de los países donde operamos?
Los tramos del impuesto sobre la renta, la seguridad social, las cotizaciones de pensiones y de previsión y las vacaciones legales se configuran por entidad y por ejercicio, de modo que el sistema siga sus normas locales. No damos por supuesta la configuración de ningún país concreto: lo definimos con usted durante la puesta en marcha.
¿Podemos importar los datos de empleados que ya tenemos?
Sí. Fichas de empleado, estructuras salariales e histórico de asistencia se importan desde hojas de cálculo durante la puesta en marcha.
¿Dónde se guardan nuestros datos?
En un servidor dedicado en Mánchester, Reino Unido. El Reino Unido cuenta con una decisión de adecuación de la Unión Europea, por lo que las transferencias desde la UE son lícitas. Los datos viajan cifrados con TLS y se respaldan cada noche.
¿Admiten lectores biométricos de asistencia?
Sí. Los dispositivos ZKTeco envían los registros directamente a Work Mint, así que no hay ningún paso de exportar e importar a mano.
