Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
I dipendenti possono vedere lo stipendio degli altri?
No. I dati retributivi sono visibili solo all'HR e alle persone autorizzate. Ogni dipendente vede unicamente la propria busta paga, nient'altro.
Possiamo pagare in più Paesi e più valute?
Sì. Nello stesso ciclo paghe ogni dipendente viene pagato nella propria valuta, e lei ottiene un unico totale consolidato, convertito al cambio che stabilisce. Le valute non sono un elenco chiuso: si può aggiungere qualsiasi codice.
Gestisce le norme fiscali e giuslavoristiche dei Paesi in cui operiamo?
Scaglioni dell'imposta sul reddito, previdenza sociale, contributi pensionistici e di previdenza e assenze di legge si configurano per singola società e per esercizio, così il sistema segue le sue norme locali. Non diamo per scontate le impostazioni di un Paese in particolare: le definiamo insieme a lei in fase di avvio.
Possiamo importare i dati dei dipendenti che già abbiamo?
Sì. Anagrafiche, strutture retributive e storico delle presenze si importano da fogli di calcolo in fase di avvio.
Dove sono conservati i nostri dati?
Su un server dedicato a Manchester, nel Regno Unito. Il Regno Unito dispone di una decisione di adeguatezza dell'Unione europea, quindi i trasferimenti dall'UE sono leciti. I dati viaggiano cifrati in TLS e vengono salvati ogni notte.
Supportate i rilevatori biometrici di presenza?
Sì. I dispositivi ZKTeco inviano le timbrature direttamente a Work Mint, quindi non esiste alcun passaggio manuale di esportazione e importazione.
