Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
従業員は互いの給与を見られますか？
見られません。給与情報を閲覧できるのは人事と権限を与えられた担当者だけです。従業員が見られるのは自分の明細だけで、それ以外は一切見えません。
複数の国と通貨で支給できますか？
はい。同じ給与計算のなかで従業員それぞれが自分の通貨で受け取り、御社にはご自身で決めたレートで換算した連結合計が残ります。通貨は固定のリストではないので、必要なコードを追加できます。
事業を行っている国の税務・法務のルールに対応していますか？
所得税の区分、社会保険、年金や積立基金の拠出、法定休暇は、法人ごと・会計年度ごとに設定できます。どこか一国の初期値を前提にすることはせず、初期設定の段階でご一緒に決めていきます。
既存の従業員データを取り込めますか？
はい。従業員台帳、給与体系、勤怠履歴は初期設定のときに表計算ファイルから取り込めます。
データはどこに保管されますか？
英国マンチェスターの専用サーバーです。英国は EU から十分性認定を受けているため、EU からの移転も適法に行えます。通信は TLS で暗号化し、毎晩バックアップを取っています。
生体認証の勤怠端末に対応していますか？
対応しています。ZKTeco 端末が打刻を直接 Work Mint に送るので、手作業で書き出して取り込む工程がありません。
