Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
Çalışanlar birbirinin maaşını görebiliyor mu?
Hayır. Maaş verilerini yalnızca İK ve yetkilendirilmiş kişiler görür. Çalışan yalnızca kendi pusulasını görür, başka hiçbir şeyi görmez.
Farklı ülkelerde ve para birimlerinde ödeme yapabilir miyiz?
Evet. Aynı bordro çalışmasında her çalışan kendi para biriminde ödeme alır, siz ise sizin belirlediğiniz kurdan çevrilmiş tek bir birleşik toplam alırsınız. Para birimleri sabit bir liste değildir, istediğiniz kodu ekleyebilirsiniz.
Faaliyet gösterdiğimiz yerlerin vergi ve mevzuat kurallarını karşılıyor mu?
Gelir vergisi dilimleri, sosyal güvenlik, emeklilik ve tasarruf fonu katkıları ile yasal izinler her tüzel kişilik ve her mali yıl için ayrı ayrı tanımlanır, böylece sistem sizin yerel mevzuatınıza uyar. Herhangi bir ülkenin varsayılanını dayatmıyoruz; bunları ilk kurulumda sizinle birlikte oturup belirliyoruz.
Mevcut çalışan verimizi aktarabilir miyiz?
Evet. Çalışan kayıtları, maaş yapıları ve puantaj geçmişi ilk kurulumda hesap tablolarından aktarılabilir.
Verilerimiz nerede saklanıyor?
Manchester, Birleşik Krallık'taki özel bir sunucuda. Birleşik Krallık, Avrupa Birliği'nden veri yeterlilik kararına sahip olduğu için AB'den aktarım hukuken geçerlidir. Veriler iletim sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir ve her gece yedeklenir.
Biyometrik puantaj cihazlarını destekliyor musunuz?
Evet. ZKTeco cihazları giriş çıkışları doğrudan Work Mint'e gönderir, dolayısıyla elle dışa aktarıp içe aktarma adımı yoktur.
