Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

Kan ons oor lande en geldeenhede heen betaal?
Ja. In dieselfde betaalstaatlopie word elke werknemer in sy eie geldeenheid betaal, en jy kry een saamgevoegde totaal wat teen jou koers omgereken is. Geldeenhede is nie 'n vaste lys nie; enige kode kan bygevoeg word.
Hanteer dit die belasting- en regsreëls van die plekke waar ons besigheid doen?
Inkomstebelastingskywe, sosiale sekerheid, pensioen- en voorsorgfondsbydraes en statutêre verlof word alles per entiteit en per finansiële jaar ingestel, sodat die stelsel jou plaaslike reëls volg. Ons aanvaar nie een land se verstekwaardes nie, maar sit saam met jou tydens die eerste opstelling.
Kan ons ons bestaande werknemerdata invoer?
Ja. Werknemerrekords, salarisstrukture en bywoningsgeskiedenis kan tydens die eerste opstelling uit sigblaaie ingevoer word.
Waar word ons data gestoor?
Op 'n toegewyde bediener in Manchester, Verenigde Koninkryk. Die VK het 'n toereikendheidsbesluit van die Europese Unie, dus is oordrag vanuit die EU regsgeldig. Data word tydens versending met TLS geënkripteer, en elke aand gerugsteun.
Ondersteun julle biometriese bywoningmasjiene?
Ja. ZKTeco-toestelle stuur bywoning direk na Work Mint toe, dus is daar geen handmatige uitvoer-en-invoer-stap nie.
