Work Mint is in early access and we are onboarding our first customers now. Rather than invent a number to put on this page, here is exactly where we are.
The first ten companies
Three months free, and then per-employee pricing we agree with you in a conversation, held at that rate while you stay. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first, and there is no card anywhere in the signup.
Anyone can start a free workspace today and keep it for three months, whether or not they become a founding customer. What founding customers get is the price, and a say in what gets built next.
Tell us your team size and what you run today, and we will tell you what it would cost and what moving would involve. If it is not worth it at your size we will say so.
Questions about pricing
How is the employee count calculated?
You are billed for active employees only. People who have left, and management accounts kept purely for approvals, are not counted.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Importing your existing employee, salary and attendance data is part of onboarding.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
هل يستطيع الموظفون رؤية رواتب بعضهم؟
لا. معلومات الرواتب مرئية فقط للموارد البشرية والمعتمِدين المصرّح لهم. يرى الموظف قسائم راتبه فقط، ولا شيء غير ذلك.
هل يمكننا الدفع لموظفين في دول وعملات مختلفة؟
نعم. يُدفع لكل موظف بعملته ضمن نفس دورة الرواتب، وتحصل على إجمالي موحّد واحد يُحوَّل بالأسعار التي تحددها. العملات ليست قائمة ثابتة، فيمكن إضافة أي رمز.
هل يتعامل مع القواعد الضريبية والقانونية في بلدنا؟
شرائح ضريبة الدخل والتأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات ومساهمات صندوق الادخار والإجازات القانونية كلها قابلة للضبط لكل مؤسسة وسنة مالية، فيتبع النظام قواعدك المحلية. نضبطها معك أثناء التهيئة بدل افتراض إعدادات دولة واحدة.
هل يمكننا استيراد بيانات موظفينا الحالية؟
نعم. يمكن استيراد سجلات الموظفين وهياكل الرواتب وسجل الحضور من جداول البيانات أثناء التهيئة.
أين تُخزَّن بياناتنا؟
على خادم مخصص في مانشستر بالمملكة المتحدة. تتمتع المملكة المتحدة بقرار كفاية حماية البيانات مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، فالنقل من الاتحاد الأوروبي قانوني. مشفّرة أثناء النقل عبر TLS، مع نسخ احتياطي ليلي.
هل تدعمون أجهزة البصمة للحضور؟
نعم. ترسل أجهزة ZKTeco الحضور مباشرة إلى Work Mint، فلا حاجة لخطوة تصدير واستيراد يدوية.
