- Recruiting and performanceThey cover hiring and performance reviews. Work Mint deliberately does not: it is an HRIS covering the employee record, attendance, leave and payroll, and we would rather say so than sell you four shallow modules.
- A large integrations marketplaceYears of partnerships behind them. Work Mint has a read-only API and is building outward from it.
