What BambooHR does better

- A far longer track recordBambooHR has been doing this since 2008 and has tens of thousands of customers. Work Mint is new, with a much smaller footprint. If a long reference list is what you need to get a purchase approved, they have one and we do not.
- Recruiting and performanceThey cover hiring and performance reviews. Work Mint deliberately does not: it is an HRIS covering the employee record, attendance, leave and payroll, and we would rather say so than sell you four shallow modules.
- A large integrations marketplaceYears of partnerships behind them. Work Mint has a read-only API and is building outward from it.
Where Work Mint is the better fit

- You switch modules offA client who does not want OPD claims or biometric devices does not see them, and the URL is refused as well as the link hidden.
Choose BambooHR if
Your team is mostly in the United States, you want recruiting and performance in the same system, and a long customer list matters to your approval process.
Choose Work Mint if
You pay people in more than one currency, you need local statutory rules to be right rather than approximated, and you would rather buy the modules you use.
