Work Mint exists because the tools available were either far too heavy for a growing company, or a spreadsheet held together by one person who remembers all the rules.
Why we built it
Most HR teams at growing companies run on the same three things: an attendance export from a biometric machine, a leave tracker someone maintains by hand, and a payroll spreadsheet that has to agree with both. It works, until it doesn't. And it takes a week every month.
