Work Mint vs Rippling
Rippling is an unusually ambitious product: HR, device management, app provisioning and spend, in one place. It is genuinely impressive engineering. It is also a great deal of product to buy if what you needed was payroll that understands your country.
Rippling が優れている点
競合について、私たち自身が書きました。契約後に気づくより、ここで知っていただくほうがよいと考えています。
- Scope no focused HRIS can matchLaptops, software licences, corporate cards and HR in one system. If you want to onboard somebody and have their machine and accounts provisioned automatically, that is a real capability and Work Mint has nothing like it.
- Depth of engineering and supportA large, well-funded team, with the support organisation to match. We are small, and honest about it.
- US payroll and complianceDeep, mature, and filed on your behalf. Work Mint does not file US taxes for you.
Work Mint が向いている場面
- One thing, done for your marketAttendance, leave and payroll, with 32 reporting currencies and statutory rules configured per company. Not a platform to adopt, a system to run a payroll month in.
- Far less to implementA focused HRIS goes live in weeks. A platform that touches devices, apps and spend is a project with a plan attached.
- No unused modulesYou allocate what a client gets. Nobody pays for a device-management story they will never use.
Rippling を選ぶとよい場合
You want HR, IT and finance in one platform, you are US-centred, and you have the appetite for an implementation that size.
Work Mint を選ぶとよい場合
You want payroll and attendance to be right where you actually operate, in the currencies you actually pay in, without adopting a platform to get there.
