Paylocity is a serious US payroll and HR platform with decades behind it. If your workforce is American, it does things Work Mint does not attempt. If your workforce is not, most of that depth is depth in the wrong country.

Where Work Mint is the better fit

Your people are in the United States and US tax filing and benefits administration are what you need.

Your people are not, and you need the rules where they actually work to be right.
