Work Mint vs Paylocity

Paylocity is a serious US payroll and HR platform with decades behind it. If your workforce is American, it does things Work Mint does not attempt. If your workforce is not, most of that depth is depth in the wrong country.

ما يتفوق فيه Paylocity

كتبناه نحن عن منافس. نفضّل أن تعرفه هنا بدلًا من اكتشافه بعد التعاقد.

• US payroll tax depthFederal, state and local filing, W-2s, year-end. This is the core of their product and it is thorough.
• Benefits administrationUS benefits enrolment and carrier connections, which Work Mint does not cover at all.
• Scale and service organisationImplementation teams, dedicated support representatives, and the processes of a company that has done this thousands of times. If your payroll goes wrong at 2am, there is somebody on a rota to call. With us there is a small team.
