Work Mint vs HiBob

HiBob (Bob) is built around the employee experience: culture, engagement, a social feed, people analytics. It is very good at that. Work Mint is built around the payroll month, which is a different job.

• Engagement and culture toolingSurveys, kudos, a company feed, onboarding journeys. Work Mint has none of this and is not trying to.
• People analytics and reporting depthRicher out of the box, with more ways to slice a workforce than we offer today: headcount trends, attrition modelling and compensation review built in rather than exported and rebuilt in a spreadsheet.
• A larger partner and integration ecosystemYears of partnerships mean more places to plug it in without writing anything. Work Mint has a read-only API and is building outward from it, which is a starting point rather than an ecosystem.
